New Knowledge is Changing Strategy
Our knowledge has changed considerably since the beginning of 2022.
We're now going to suggest that you comply with their demands and do what 'they' are asking you to do.
Unless... you tell us that you are 'in the private', as evidenced by a Private Trust, and... that you are now a Secured Party Creditor over your property and assets, including your car, standing under the power of UCC1-308!
If you are not 'in the private', then it's quite simple. Pay closer attention to speed limits and don't speed.
I'm going to leave my original information below so that you can view what I used to say about Speeding Notices.
And if you want to know more about what I've written in this paragraph, then CLICK ON OVER HERE.

ORIGINAL - The Reality Around Speeding
We live in a society ruled by administrative process and associated rules of civil procedure.
If you decide to speed, and it is a choice, and you don't want to pay your fine, then you need your paperwork in place BEFORE you decide to exceed the speed limit. That's a personal choice.
That means you have to some work to do to get yourself organised BEFORE a ticket lands through your letterbox.
There is no magic bullet like Common Law that you can rely on which will make your fine magically go away.
Sure, there are things you can do to call out authority that they are being unlawful and provide their proof of claim that they have the right to impose fines unlawfully on you.
But you MUST deal with this yourself. Or simply pay the fine, if you don't want the hassle. Again, it's a choice.
In time, I hope to have more substantial paperwork available on this page and the associated PARKING page.
In the meantime, I know Dave Murphy to be a fine upstanding fellow and he has created an excellent resource to fight back.
Good luck.
